God's Way = Power To Become God's Child

Power To Become God's Child

Each person has a soul.
A soul lives forever.
When a person dies
His soul goes one of two places.
When we die, we either go to
heaven or hell. Hell is eternal
fire and suffering. It is a literal place.
People do not like to talk about it but it’s real.
People talk about getting real,
well, that’s about as real as it gets.
People that are in hell,
They refused to become God’s child,
they trusted in some other way of salvation.
 Some chose a false god or idol.
Some thought they could wait another day.
They wanted to do it their own way.
They rejected the Truth and believed the lie instead.
Without Christ
We are dead while we live.  Then we are dead
spiritually and we are dead to God.
If we are dead to God,
Then we are not his child. The good news
Is,  adoption
 is available to all who desire
to become His child.
That’s why Jesus came to die…
God hates sin and that sin from the beginning.
has separated us from God.
We could not be accepted as his child.
We are dead to God without
Jesus.  God set up the plan of salvation
because all people need to be saved.
He came to save us from our
sin and to give us the power
To become sons and daughters of God.
He wants you and all people to
become his children.  People can only
Be saved spiritually in the way that God has
communicated in His Incarnate
 Infallible Holy Word.

The Goodnight Kiss

Family Affection

The Goodnight Kiss

When my children were little I tucked them into bed every night.  When they got older they didn't want to go to bed, so I called for them to come kiss my husband and myself goodnight.  I refused to go to bed without that contact between us.  It wasn't for myself,  it for us as a family.  If one of us would not live till morning we would know the last thing said before bed was, I love you.  We are not promised tomorrow.  It wasn't out of a personal need to hear I love you or be shown affection, though at times we all need to hear those things, but rather an assurance that my children were taught to honor their parents as the bible teaches. My hopes as a mom was to leave a good memory before closing our eyes at night and making sure everything was alright.

They would have friends over and we let them stay up a bit longer to visit with them, before bed.  I guess it was slightly embarrassing for them to hear a call from the other room, to have them come and kiss their mom and dad goodnight.  They were becoming too old to tuck in, but not too old to have an exchange of family affection before bed, a reminder that they are loved and forgiven of any negativity of the day.  Sometimes children will harbor resentment towards their parents.  The goodnight kiss is a time set aside before bed to say I'm sorry and I love you, to have a right heart before our eyes close at night.

 I still give my kids hugs and kisses even though they are married.  They are still my kids and they will always be my kids.  I just have two more, the ones they married.

Every Little Detail - Children's Praise Song

Mt 10:30 But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.

Every Little Detail

Though snowflakes are as tiny as can be;
Each one is a masterpiece of art.
When glittering upon a frozen morn;
We are reminded Lord, how great thou art.

People are people but not one the same;
So loved we, that you even know our name.
Made in thy image, in your perfect love;
People are people but not one the same.

All the different fishes in the sea;
The magnificent colorful coral reefs;
Each tiny atom, each molecule;
Every little clue just points back to you.

Every little detail, each surprise;
Every little flower, each bird that flies;
We are reminded and fully recognize -
How great thou art, how holy, how wise;
You make everything beautiful in its time.

Children's Praise song

Children's Praise Song

Children of God should realize that God knows everything about us even every hair on our heads are numbered.  God is interested in every detail of our heart and lives.  He pays attention to our prayers and pays attention to our actions.  Creation tells us about God and how great He is. Creation offers so many interesting wonderful things which he has made for us to learn and enjoy.  We are fearfully and wonderfully made. We are his workmanship down to the most minute detail.  We should praise him and honor him with our lives and our choices in life.

Nature itself testifies of Him..because the smallest thing is grand in it's existing.

Just A Little Note: Health Tip

Smooches

When my eldest daughter was little I always kissed her goodnight.  A smooch on the lips after devotions, prayer and lights out.  I guess I had to go through something difficult in order to realized I would only give my kids a kiss on the forehead or cheek, but not on the lips.

We always had a rule our kids could not smooch anyone on the lips unless it was me or their dad.  One day  my daughter came down with the chicken pox and only had one or two bumps.  I had already had chicken pox before and thought I could never catch it again.  I gave her a smooch goodnight and tucked her in as I did every night.   Then one morning I found myself covered with chicken pox both inside and out.  I had trouble breathing and could not even walk.  It was everywhere and it took allot for me not to scratch myself raw.

I will never forget my husband rubbing the calamine lotion all over my body and just the love it took for him to do that for me  made me feel a little better.  I soon became better and was able to make it through with just a couple almost invisible scars.

I would no longer kiss my kids on the mouth only on the forehead or cheek.  I especially tried to avoid drinking after anyone, though on occasion I have, but reluctantly.  That was over twenty years ago.

So if you asked me,  would I let my toddler give smooches to anyone.  You know what my answer would be.  No, not even family members.

When Dreams Die

When Dreams End

 When you've raised your children;
With hopes for their future;
Watching them grow each day.

There's so many  mem'ries;
Of both laughter and tears;
Sunshiny smiles and play.

Then comes, the heart break;
To see all your dreams end;
When your dear child goes astray.

Many tears, many prayers;
Your heart crushed as you watch;
Their future thrown away.

But the Lord God still lives;
And works through each trial;
A potter molding clay.

To continue to trust;
When your dreams come to dust;
Will your faith live through the fray?

Thoughts About Humility And Love

Thoughts About Humility And Love

    King Solomon was the wisest man that ever lived.  Yet, he was not a good example everyday of his life, neither was David, or Moses, or Peter.  Not one living soul has not failed God in some way.  Not one single person has got through life without disappointing someone else.  Which means at one time or another we have all been hypocritical.  If someone would say to you they have never sinned they would be a liar, because the Bible says so in I John, as a matter a fact God has called us all liars. For one to point His boney finger at someone else for their failure in a sarcastic  judgmental way - without fearing God for their prideful assessment, may find themselves fallen into the a slop bucket of sin themselves.  That does not mean we should be silent about God's judgment and punishment upon his disobedient children,  but rather, we should ask God to keep us humble in the fear that we too could be overtaken in a fault.  We are all vulnerable in a world falling farther and farther away from sound biblical teaching.  God has told us to have compassion upon the fallen victim to sin, we should warn every man and teach every man in all wisdom that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus our Lord.  With a heart of compassion and prayer we should attempt to pull them back into right living.  Though if they refuse we are to withdraw, but ready as Christ himself, with open arms, in the case they return to a right relationship with Christ.

I know I'm not the smartest person in the world and sometimes I make mistakes on my spelling, but I'm no dumb head when it comes to some things.  I'm smart enough to know the day I can set back and ridicule other people ... is the day I better watch out for my own feet to be pulled out from under me.

If there is one thing I've learned throughout the years about God.  Sometimes when we wander away, He's simply is so good to us that it shames us back into a right fellowship with Him.  God can love us into getting right too, I know this first hand.  Other times we may need the biggest spanking of our lives.  I think it's very important to remember a little bit of love can make all the difference. Especially with our own children..sometimes love is the only answer, because anything else would drive them farther away.
God knows the heart and He knows the need.

If the wisest man that ever lived could fall into sin so could you or I, we must remember that if we are already crawling close to the ground, we will never fall because we are already down dodging bullets.

 Proverbs 24:16
 For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief.
 Galatians 6:1
 Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.
 Colossians 1:28
Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus:

My Little One

My Little One

My little one, at heaven's gate;
With open arms, our Savior waits.
I know that you, will never lack;
I'll see you soon, when Christ comes back.

Your little hands, will serve the Lord;
Your little feet, will ride the storms.
Your little smile, bring joy to all;
And greet me when, I come to call.

You'll see the stars, above God's throne;
I know you'll never be alone.
And when my aching arms long for you;
I know my God, will care for you.

I Love You.

Just A Thought:

If someone were to ask me if I thought angels were babies.  I would have to say that angels are angels and babies are babies.  In response to something I had read, I had asked the question to myself," what if angels did have special jobs? "  I believe with all my heart that God not only uses angels for special jobs, but he also has special jobs in heaven for a child that has died before it could ever be born or any child taken before the age of accountability for that matter.  God has jobs for all true believers that enter heaven's gate no matter their age.  I'm not sure what those jobs will be like, but I know one thing they will be heavenly, they will be joyful and they will be done perfectly.

 Hebrews 13:2
Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.

Matthew 19:14
 But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.

Revelations  21:4
 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

For Our Children We Cry - update

The President Of The United States Responded To This Poem

(President Obama)
Concerning The Arming Of Children

For Our Children We Cry

God has given us freedom;
Freedom to live for Him.
But He does not give freedom;
For us to live in sin.

Men have died and men have cried;
For freedoms now denied.
Sin resides and will not hide;
For our children we cry.

God says protect, not neglect.
There little hearts from harm.
But sin has reigned and profaned;
And left our children unarmed.

Return to God, leave sins sod;
Lest America die.
If we repent with knees bent;
God's mercy will apply.

The Below Portion Was Written After Obama's Speech

I would like to let you know that when I wrote this poem it was and is about the spiritual battle.
In this poem when I wrote the quote "our children unarmed"  it means they are unarmed without scripture and moral teachings.  Teachings that guide our children to follow the ways of God. God's Word helps arm our children against teachings that are damaging to them, our homes and our country.  Our children need Jesus.  I do not believe in arming children with guns.  I believe in arming our children with truth.  I do believe in owning guns as Americans but not in the hands of children.

 God teaches the way of blessing to America through this verse

 2 Chronicles 7:14
 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
 Deuteronomy 11:27-28b
 A blessing, if ye obey the commandments of the LORD your God, which I command you this day:
 And a curse, if ye will not obey the commandments of the LORD

He Made All - Song June 30th, 2013

 He Made All

We know our maker planned each thing;
For He is God, creator King.
We know He's more than wonderful;
And we know He's more than able.

When the stars twinkle in the sky;
When the wind blows blissfully by.
When the raindrops come splashing down;
When this old world spins around.

When the morning birds sweetly sing;
When morning dew is glittering.
When the sunshine greets with a smile;
When towering trees stand a mile.

We know without a doubt He's God;
When blows the storms with lightning rods.
When infants sweet sway in our arms;
When love has sheltered them from harm.

We know our God is powerful;
Still He created the graceful;
Like twirling seeds that dance from trees;
Each time there is a tiny breeze.

Like poppies that are colorful;
With differences so beautiful.
Like dragonflies with wings that shine;
Upon the pond where frogs all line.

Our God is good, our God is great;
He's always perfect never late.
Our God so grand, in whom we trust.
He made all - including us.

Show Me Your Will

Treasure Box ~ Knowing Gods Will

Show Me Your Will

By: Susan Y Nikitenko

October 2nd, 2011

God says it plain;   As plain as day;
To follow truth and live His way.

Keep your heart clean, send forth the Light.
Live for Jesus;   Choose what is right.

Surely God grieves;   When He looks down.
In each little;   City and town.

Seeing laws passed;   That break our world.
It must anger;   Our Holy Lord.

What can I do?   I ask today.
I don't know how.   But I can pray.

Little babies;   Are thrown away.
In this evil;   Most wicked day.

Men and women;   Profess to love.
But will not serve;   Our God above.

One man, one wife;   Gods family plan.
Has been attacked ;   By evil man.

Oh, the children;   That suffer so.
That have no place;   No place to go.

No mothers care;   There's no one there.
To hold, to love;   To calm the fear.

A homeless man;   Upon the streets.
Begging mercy;   With tear stained cheeks.
Many faces;   I see them now.
Lord, why can't I;   Help them somehow?

What can I do?   What can I say?
Oh, guide me Lord;   Please, right away.

Show me your will;   Where should I be?
What is your plan;   Your plan for me?

Open the doors;   Show me the way.
I don't know how;   But I can pray.

** THE WILL OF GOD **

The will of God will never take you,
Where the grace of God cannot keep you.
Where the arms of God cannot support you,
Where the riches of God cannot supply your needs,
Where the power of God cannot endow you.

The will of God will never take you,
Where the spirit of God cannot work through you,
Where the wisdom of God cannot teach you,
Where the army of God cannot protect you,
Where the hands of God cannot mold you.

The will of God will never take you,
Where the love of God cannot enfold you,
Where the mercies of God cannot sustain you,
Where the peace of God cannot calm your fears,
Where the authority of God cannot overrule for you.

The will of God will never take you,
Where the comfort of God cannot dry your tears,
Where the Word of God cannot feed you,
Where the miracles of God cannot be done for you,
Where the omnipresence of God cannot find you.

Your Easter Celebration

Your Easter Celebration

May your Easter celebration;
Be more than fun and food.
May the thoughts  of Christ our Savior;
Bring you joy renewed.

Remembering His faithfulness;
His love, and price He paid.
That  Easter  Day -Resurrection;
Salvation's way was paved.

May it be a day of laughter;
A day of gratefulness.
For the Springtime within the heart.
Because of His forgiveness.

May your Easter celebration;
Point your child to the cross.
For if it is all vanity;
Your child will suffer loss.

May your Easter be a memory;
Your child will hold onto.
A memory of dedication;
For  Christ who died for me and you.
