Treasures That Last

Treasures That Last

Treasures true treasures;
Are treasures that last.
Treasures of wisdom;
Are treasures so vast.

Treasures of kindness;
And treasures of love.
Stored up in heaven;
With Jesus above.

Treasure true treasures;
Are  treasure untold.
Treasures of harvest;
Are worth more than gold.

Treasures true treasures;
Will always endure.
Treasures In  Jesus;
Are righteous and pure.

Store up your treasures;
In heaven with love.
The  greatest treasures;
Are gathered above.

Treasure true treasures;
Are  treasures untold.
Treasures in Jesus;
Are worth more than gold.

 Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
 Matthew 6:21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
 Luke 12:21 So is he that layeth up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God.
 Luke 6:45 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.

Jesus Is The Greatest Treasure

Jesus Is The Greatest Treasure

Jesus is the greatest treasure;
A heart and life could know.
Within our heart He will abide;
Then treasures, there will grow.

Bright jewels of love and gentleness;
His love and patience too.
A joy that fills our heart with song;
And strength to get us through.

Jesus is the greatest treasure;
A heart and life could know.
He gave His life on Calvary;
To wash us white as snow.

We know Jesus is our treasure;
When we trust Him and obey.
Then  jewels of peace and kindness;
Will fill our life each day.

Harvest the jewels of His goodness;
Resist a life of sin.
He gives us spiritual treasures ;
When we put our trust Him.

The Strength To Go On

The Strength To Go On

Psalms 18:32
 It is God that girdeth me with strength, and maketh my way perfect.

The weather has been very hot here in Ohio.  We haven't had enough rain so the ground is very dry.  Our trees are starting to lose their leaves.  My flowers are struggling for life.  I faithfully water the trees and flowers as needed.  I put water in the birdbaths for the birds.  If I were to neglect taking care of them they would not live.  They need water every day.
God gives us water to help us through the difficult times in life.  He gives us the living water of His Word. To strengthen, encourage us and give us joy through the sorrow.  He gives us a comforter when we become His child. He gives us power through our problems when we walk in faith and praise.  We need Him every day, every hour, lest we shrivel away spiritually in the heat of our problems.

The Strength To Go On
Life can be overwhelming;
With problems so hard to bare.
Life can be filled with pressures;
And life can be filled with cares.

But Jesus is our helper;
He lightens our heavy load.
He gives us strength to go on;
He gives us joy as we go.

We must lift our hearts upward;
Trusting in His grace and power.
To help us through our valley;
And through our troubled hour.

He renews our broken heart;
And collects our every tear.
He will never put on us ;
More than we have strength to bare.

Mercy

Mercy

A great cloud of mercy like a blanket;
Covered my limp body while I wept.
His angels sang gentle melodies;

And Jesus held me close while I slept.

Anytime I Use The Name Jesus - It's Jesus Christ The Comforter

Oh,Thank-you, Thank-you, Thank-you Lord

Oh,Thank-you, Thank-you, Thank-you Lord

Oh,Thank-you, Thank-you, Thank-you Lord;
For your blessings towards  this world.
For grace that gets us through each day;
Your love that guides us in your way.

Though we are week you're always strong;
                                    You spank us when we’ve done you wrong. (God's Chastisement)
Your mercy shines when we repent;
You comfort us when tears are spent.

Your children are so dear to you;
Your light, by grace comes shining through.
When we yield to your will, your way;
While by your side we always stay.

Your blessings flow abundantly;
Beyond all minds or eyes can see.
Like rain, your blessings, shower free;
Upon the child, who trust in thee.

Oh,Thank-you, Thank-you, Thank-you so;
Because your mercies ever flow.
You offer pardon, peace to all;
When we repent and humbly call.

The Biggest Tree

The Biggest Tree

The biggest tree;
Is  the smallest flea.
Who loves the Lord;
In humility.

A humble soul;
Forgiven of sin.
Remembers what;
Was given to him.

A life brand new;
Through the blood of Christ.
The Lamb of God;
Who was sacrificed.

A comforter;
Who abides within.
Who gives us strength;
In troubled winds.

A brand new heart;
And brand new song.
And brand new friends;
To sing along.

The biggest tree;
Is servant of all.
A humble soul;
That will not fall.

Love the Sinner Hate the Sin

Love the Sinner Hate the Sin

Love the sinner;
Hate the sin.
Jesus calls all;
Men to Him

Will you listen?
Will you learn?
To show God’s love?
True concern?

For without love;
You make noise.
Like a cymbal;
That destroys.

Your life mocking;
Christ our King.
When in judgment;
Your noise rings.

Love the sinner;
Hate the sin.
In God’s love;
Reach for them.

For while He died;
He forgave.
Though they nailed Him;
Life He gave.
