I Love You, Oh How I Love You

I Love You, Oh How I Love You

Poem To Soon To Be Wed Husband

Oh How in love, I am with you;

If I could only find the words.

That express how you move my passion;
I love you, Oh how I love you.

The stars that shine, shine brighter;
The moon above  becomes romance.
 Every time I think of you;
 My beating heart begins to dance.

Every time I look into your eyes;
I can see that your love is real.
I have found you, my forever;
I love you, Oh how I love you.

You are no doubt , my best friend;
Laughter just comes naturally.
When I walk and talk with you;
Your thoughts mean so much to me.

Our lives will soon be as one ;
Walking side by side in this life.
Your strong hand will clasp to mine;
With love and joy as man and wife.

I love you, Oh how I love you;
I love you desperately.
I will love you, yes forever;
God has given you to me.

My Life Belongs To You

My Life Belongs To You

My life belongs to you, dear Lord;

My heart, my hands, my feet.

You are life's greatest treasure;
Your love makes me complete.

This life would have no purpose;
If I wandered away.
Into a world of hopelessness;
That grows from day to day.

When my heart weeps in prayer;
You revive  me again.
And you lift my broken heart;
When I'm troubled by my sin.

Redeemer, lover of my soul;
Help me to love like you.
To love others righteously;
In what I say and do.

This life would have no purpose;
Without your love abloom;
And this life would be so empty;
If I made for you no room.

My life belongs to you, dear Lord;

My heart, my hands, my feet.

You are life's greatest treasure;

Your love makes me complete.

Fred

Fred

My daughter and her husband bought a new house.  An  old calico cat, that was cared for by the former owners of the home, was left  behind.  As far as we know, the cat didn't have a name.  She's a very pretty cat.  She was very skittish and would not come to anyone at first.  Slowly the cat has warmed up to them.  The cat wouldn't come into the house even when it was very cold outside.   She wanted attention but she wouldn't let anyone near her.  She would bang on the window with her paw and meow loudly but when they'd  go to pet  her, she would run away.
When my daughter and her husband were deciding upon a name for the cat.  They thought of a tenant they knew while they were managing and cleaning apartments.  The man was deaf and he used to bang on the door and yell loudly when He wanted to communicate with them.  The man's name was Fred.  The cat reminded them of Fred so they named her Fred.
On one very cold night my daughter found Fred covered in snow.  She looked like a large snowball nearly frozen.  Fred had no problem with coming into the house that night.  She's been coming in and going out every since that night.  She has officially been adopted and has been a joy to them and to me too.
Every week I hear a new story about Fred.  Fred didn't like her feet getting wet as she crossed the newly cleaned kitchen floor. She pounced from dry spot to dry spot with a little meow every time her paw got wet.  She just doesn't like getting her feet wet.  Fred killed a chipmunk and ate everything except the nose and whiskers.   Fred killed a giant squirrel and left it at the front door, a gift for my daughter no doubt.  Fred likes to go over and get the dog next door all stirred up, as if to say..Na-na-na-na-na-na.   You're all tied up and I'm as free as can be.  Fred likes to wake everyone up and throws a fit when the alarm goes off.
God has blessed us with another little member of the family....Fred.   Thank- you Lord,  for Fred.

He Holds It All

He Holds It All

Susan Y Nikitenko
May 22nd, 2012

Upon the celestial creation;

There shines the presence of God.

He holds all His children in His  hands;

And forms each seed in the pod.

From flowers to planets, God holds it all;

He holds me safe  in His hand.

And at His command my enemy falls;

He strengthens my knees, to stand.

One Day, One wonderful marvelous day;

The God whom I trust and rely.

The maker of all  the universe;

He’ll lift my soul upon high.

With heavens music my voice will praise;

Glory,Glory To Yahweh.

My tears will fall upon His feet;

Then He will wipe all tears away.

Time And Time And Time Again

Song: Susan Y Nikitenko

May 16th, 2012

Fill me with your goodness Lord;
Do  your loving through me.
Let other see your presence;
Even if they disagree.

Lead me in the words I say;
Guide me in the things I do.
Let my feet not stumble Lord;
Lest my life bring shame to you.

Sometimes I feel  very week;
I need your strength and power.
I love you and I need you;
Each moment and each hour.

It is your love that holds me;
It  is your grace that sustains me.
Through the valleys, through the storms;
You have embraced me constantly.

Words cannot express at all;
Just how  gracious you have been.
For your love has lifted me;
Time and time and time again.

Sometimes I feel  very week;
I need your strength and power.
I love you and I need you;
Each moment and each hour.

Words cannot express at all;
Just how  gracious you have been.
For your love has lifted me;
Time and time and time again.

Sing - Updated With Chords And Melody

  Sing

Song By: Susan Y Nikitenko

May 3rd, 2012

Sing of his glory;
Sing of His grace.
Sing of His power;
His love embrace.

Sing of His blessing;
Sing with your heart.
Of all the goodness;
His love imparts.

He parts the waters;
He moves the wind.
He does great wonders;
And He's our friend.

Sing hallelujah;
And praise His name.
Sing of redemption;
His love proclaim.

Sing with a hunger;
For righteousness.
Sing with a passion;
That He will bless.

Sing with assurance;
God knows what's best.
He knows our struggle;
He knows each test.

In all our weakness;
He is still strong.
He'll never leave us;
He hears our song.

Sing hallelujah;
Sing faithfully.
Jesus has saved us;
With great mercy.

Sing hallelujah;
And praise His name.

Sing of redemption;

His love proclaim.

Sing with a hunger;
For righteousness.

Sing with a passion;

That He will bless.
