It's Time To Count!

It's Time To Count!

Our Many Blessings

Verse 1
It's time to count ( count!)
Our many blessings.
It's time to count ( count!)
Our many blessings.
One and two, three and four;
God has blessed us that's for sure.
With country free and family;
Our  God, who loves you and me.
All the flowers seas and trees;
Raindrops, starlight, colored leaves.
It's time to count ( count!)
Our many blessings.

Verse 2
It's time to count ( count!)
Our many blessings.
It's time to count ( count!)
Our many blessings.
Five and six, seven, eight;
Giving thanks, appreciate.
All the apples grapes and pears;
Our eyes, our nose and our ears.
All the creatures great and small;
And the mountains all so tall.
It's time to count ( count!)
Our many blessings.

Verse 3
It's time to count ( count!)
Our many blessings.
It's time to count ( count!)
Our many blessings.
Nine and ten, eleven, twelve.
With great thanks let's give a yell;
For our  feet,  our  heart, our hands;
Sisters. brothers, other lands.
For sunlight, the  moon at night;
And the wind to fly my kite.
It's time to count ( count!)
Our many blessings.

Little Baby Jesus- Christmas Poem

Little Baby Jesus

Little baby Jesus;
Laying on the hay.
You will do mighty things;
When you grow up some day.

You will preach and teach;
To a vast multitude.
You will cast out demons;
And feed ten thousands food.

You will love the loveless;
And set the captive free.
You will love the children;
That worship at your knee.

You will walk on water;
Turn water into wine.
Heal the lowly leapers;
and heal the deaf and blind.

 Little baby Jesus;
Laying on the hay.
You will do mighty things;
When you grow up some day.

You are a gift from God;
Redeemer of the world.
Little baby Jesus;
You are the Lord of lords.

You will provide the Way;
You will suffer our cross.
You will give salvation;
To a world that is lost.

You are the Son of God;
And sinless you will be.
Oh, holy lamb of God;
One day you'll die for me.

Little baby Jesus;
Laying on the hay.
You will do mighty things;
When you grow up some day.

One day you will arise;
From a lonely dark grave.
And you will comfort all;
Who trust in you to save.

One day you will set down;
On that heavenly shore.
At  the Fathers right side;
To rule for evermore.

Little baby Jesus;
Laying on the hay.
Precious baby Jesus;
We worship you today.

He Is What Matters Most

He Is What Matters Most

Susan Y Nikitenko
November 24th, 2012
The new fallen snow is upon the tree tops;
Stillness is all around.
A wintry brook splashes  along unfrozen;
A  most consoling sound.
The first snow of fall has blessed with it's kiss;
And a crisp fresh morning.
A sparkling blanket of beauty shines brightly;
In God's adorning.
A breathy mist of fog passes through my lips;
As I sing to the Lord.
In thanksgiving, I remember His great love;
Bestowed upon this world.
He forgives us and washes us white as snow;
Another beginning.
Following the steps, He has left for us to tread;
Walking, loving trusting.
Walking along in the snow , I remember;
While holding His truth close.
My redeemer, my Savior, my hope, my life;
He Is what matters most.

Giving Thanks Unto The Lord

Giving Thanks Unto The Lord

Giving thanks unto the Lord Is a good thing;
For the blessings He gives  everyone.
For the blessing of our fam'lies and loved ones;
And for  His only most precious Son.

Chorus:
So. Thank the Lord today, thank the Lord today;
He is faithful  and His love secure.
He is our Father, provider and best friend;
Let us praise our Lord forevermore.
------

Giving thanks unto the Lord Is a good thing;
Because our Lord is worthy of praise.
So let our hearts be continually grateful;
And remember to Thank Him always.

Chorus:
So. Thank the Lord today, thank the Lord today;
He is faithful  and His love secure.
He is our Father, provider and best friend;
Let us praise our Lord forevermore.

Thanksgiving Tradition And Family - 2012

Thanksgiving Tradition And Family

At the dinner table, all circled round;
Our Grandma and Grandpa, Momma and Dad.
All of us children so ready to eat;
A Thanksgiving feast, like we've never had.
Grandpa gives thanks for all the years gone by;
For all his children and the pumpkin  pie.
For Grandma's love and all her faithful care;
Then  tears fall from  my grandmas eyes.
Grandma chimes in with her words very wise;
With thanks to the Lord for all He provides.
Mamma leans over to give her a hug;
And the love echoes  -  from every side.
Then daddy prays  a Thanksgiving prayer;
With warmth and love from the depths of His soul.
For the food, and all of God's many blessings;
Then the food comes  around, " please pass the rolls."
Green beans, potatoes and corn on the cob;
Turkey with stuffing and giblet gravy.
Washing the dishes and watching football;
Thanksgiving tradition and family.
Thanksgiving day is a very good day;
A  day of praise , a day of  memories.
A day to cherish most faithfully;
Because we are blessed, because we  are free.
The  main  reason is because  God is good;
And that He watches over us with heed.
Just as He watches over each sparrow;
And gives life to a newly planted seed.

Thank-You Daddy God - 2012

Thank-You Daddy God

When I think of what I could of been without you.
When I think of your forgiveness and grace.
I can't help but cry aloud with thanksgiving;
 With much  joy and a tear upon my face.
You have lifted me from the mire of disgrace;
You have washed all my sinfulness away.
You have clothed me in your righteousness;
And intently hear me when I pray.
I'm like a child holding my arms up for your care;
Daddy God, Thank-you for your tenderness.
I'm like a child twirling in your sunshine;
Daddy God, Thank-you for your forgiveness.
May my lips be filled with much  thanksgiving praise;
Not just on this coming thanksgiving day.
but each new glad morning and each night of rest;
May my words swell with thanks as I pray.
Thank-you Daddy God, Most heavenly Father;
For your goodness, your provision, your love.
For your strength, For your direction, your peace;
And the many blessings we partake of.

Thank -you Father  (God)

Uphold Our Country

Uphold Our Country

Lord,
Bless the prayers of your children;
Hear our cry for the unborn.
Protect the family structure;
And rebuild our nation torn.

Lord,
Strengthen our hearts, our minds our hands;
Lead us in your direction.
Let us vote - in line with your Word;
This upcoming election.

Lord,
Let us not turn on your people;
Israel, the holy land,
For surely your judgment will come-
On us like sinking sand.

Lord,
Let the bible be the winner;
This coming election day.
As we humble ourselves in you;
Uphold our country -  we pray.

A Prayer
