We Need Your Blessing

Oh Lord, we need your blessing.

Oh Lord, we need you near.

Speak to our hearts this moment.

Help us, Lord, to prepare.

Give to us words of wisdom;

From your heart to our souls.

Truth and grace they come from you.

Lord Jesus, take control.

Without you we are nothing.

You are our Ev’rything.

You are the light in our hearts.

And the flight of our wings.

You give us courage to try;

Give us strength to go on.

Give us hope for tomorrow.

Your love goes on and on and on.

You’re our best friend forever;

No other friend like you.

You comfort us, you shield us.

In a world that is confused.

Oh Lord, we need your blessing.

Oh Lord, we need you near.

Speak to our hearts this moment.

With Words, we need to hear.

Oh Lord, we need your blessing.

We want to love you more.

Bless your people now we pray.

With what they need today.

Thee and Only Thee

Lord, fill  my heart with your presence;

Holy Word penetrate my essence.

Take away my anxiety;

Speak, for I'm attentive unto thee.

Put a song upon my heartstrings;

Oh what peace, what joy, your Spirit brings.

When we seek thee, when we love thee;

When we worship thee and only thee.

Within this world's tempestuous sea;

Help us keep eyes of faith on thee.

This world is hateful,  unfaithful;

But you dear God,  are unchangeable.

Praise your name your Holy name, dear Lord;

You're still the same, You're still the same.

Put a song upon my heartstrings;

Bring you glory to your holy name.

Lord, fill my heart with your blessing;

As I yield my being, confessing.

You are our strength and you are our stay;

That's why we can rejoice in you each day.

It Is You Jesus, Who  I Want To Please

The blessing of Lord shall abide;

When we live to please and honor Him.

Like dew  from heaven  refreshing the earth;

Like fruit hanging from a healthful limb.

The blessing of the Lord shall remain;

When we remain faithful  and true in Christ.

Even though sometimes it's hard to see;

I remember His great sacrifice.

The greatest blessing is you Jesus;

The greatest gift I've ever received .

And your blessing still abides on me;

It is you Jesus, who  I want to please.

You gave us the waters that flow free;

You gave the hope of eternity.

You  gave us the grace to face each day;

And all the blessing we find in thee.

Our lives are  in your hands each moment;

Our trust in your promised provision.

When we call upon your name  and pray;

You give us much needed attention.

All Of The Tears Will Be Gone

All Of  The Teardrops Will Be Gone

Commit your heart to love the Lord:

To love Him, in what you do.

Commit your  heart to righteousness:

 God will be pleased, pleased with you.

Be looking to be a blessing:

Be a living sacrifice.

Be thoughtful,  be considerate;

In a world that is not nice.

Considering others better;

Better, than you do yourself.

Looking to the things of Jesus:

Is the fountain of  real wealth.

Let our lights shine in the darkness;

Pilgrims of God passing through.

Hold tight to the hand of Jesus;

When things seem - too much for you.

Suffering is not forever;

When you are a child of God.

We've a hope that's ever after;

When we leave this earthly sod.

In this life may be tears and grief;

And horrors, too great to speak.

But we know this life is temporal;

And our home awaiting sweet.

At his return, we'll be caught up;

Could be night or noon or dawn.

One day within our Savoir arms;

All of the teardrops, will be gone.

Be A Blessing Each Day

Have you ever thought that you could be;

The answer to somebody’s prayer?

That you could be the answer to a need;

That one in whom the Lord wants to be there?

If the call of God fell upon your ear;

And all mountains removed from the way.

Would you be willing to be a blessing;

The answer to whom, somebody prayed?

Sometime people need people to care;

Sharing God’s love, and brushing their tears.

God’s called us to be a blessing each day.

Even if all we can do is pray.

There are many ways to share a blessing;

Take time to listen, take time to share.

A smile or a word of encouragement;

Are always good ways to show that you care.

Be a blessing each day, a blessing each day.

Be a blessing to someone, to someone today.
