So Many Names

So Many Names

Names so many names in prayer;
we bring to you this hour.
We ask these things in Jesus' name.
We need your love and power.

A prayer now we bring to you.
For the sick and for the feeble.
For the weary and for the poor.
For lost and lonely people.

We bring to you today these names;
Who cry at night while grieving.
Eyes are heavy but sleep is thin.
No words will be relieving.

O God to speak a gentle peace;
To hold, to calm, and remedy.
Put heaven's songs upon their hearts.
As angels sing God's melody.

Bad Feelings Cause Emotional Suffering And Other Quotes

Bad Feelings Cause Emotional Suffering

     Everyone sometimes has bad feelings.  We can be tempted in every possible way emotionally.  As Christians, we can tell God about those things honestly.  We are all sinners and look to God to help us spiritually, physically, and emotionally.  We can look to God's word and know what he wants us to feel. It is by prayer and reading God's word we can overcome emotional battles.
     We need to be honest with God about how we feel and honest with ourselves as well.  When we do that we can get over whatever bad feeling we are having.  We need to make decisions based on what is right and what is wrong. Not on how we are feeling. God, will lead us and help us if we are willing to follow Him.

Philippians 4:8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. {honest: or, venerable}

.......I have learned that people can misunderstand what is being said.
.......If I say I use a strobe light (For Example) It does not mean I would use one on a regular basis for church worship.  But it does mean I would use one for a puppet show for a black light effect.  In a very conservative way.
.......I have learned that people can get confused about who you're talking about. My Son in law has a boss named Geoge. My husband's name is George also.
......My granddaughter sometimes gets confused about which grandma is getting talked about.  We are both called grandma, we are both called mom.

-------My flower gardens have everything to do with God.  He made every one of them.  I enjoy them. I enjoy learning about how they propagate.  I enjoy the fact that there are so many different kinds. I like learning about plants.  I always have. Since I was a young girl.  I am tired of people taking good words and good things and teaching people to associate them with something bad.
-----When God made creation  He said it was Very Good!

Prayer For Friends And Family

Father God,

There are so many hurting people.
I cannot pray for them all by name.
There are too many to even count them.
Some of them have cancer, some
are dealing with physical problems, or some
 other seemingly unsolvable  illness.
There are marriages struggling, parents
worried about their wayward children.
Hearts broken over the violence of our land.
The children of our nation overtaken
by the lies of this deceitful world.
I just pray that you will help my friends
and loved ones going through these
very trying times.  Help them continue
 in faith.  I pray you will heal  them and supply all
their needs.  I pray that their lives even
through any sadness or suffering will be
the tool you use to help others know you Lord.
I pray you will encourage them, hold their hand
all the way. Carry them Lord when they can not
find strength.  Make them strong.  May they  feel your
presence and help them know your comfort.
We can all find comfort in knowing that you will
never leave us or forsake us.  You have prepared a
 place for us and our sufferings are temporary.
Help us fight the fight, with hope, with joy
and not with the bitterness of the hopeless.
I cannot always be there for my friends but
you can let them know in their heart  that
I am praying for them.  Most of all, you are hearing our
prayers, because you our their  Father in heaven.
You care about everything we are going through
and you are always involved in the details.
Comfort my friends and my family,  heal them,
 but most of all
bless their relationship with you.

Your  Bless-ed Will Be Done,
In Christ Name And Through His
Shed Blood I Pray This, Amen

From Me For You:
I Love You,

Susan

All Of The Tears Will Be Gone

All Of  The Teardrops Will Be Gone

Commit your heart to love the Lord:
To love Him, in what you do.
Commit your  heart to righteousness:
 God will be pleased, pleased with you.

Be looking to be a blessing:
Be a living sacrifice.
Be thoughtful,  be considerate;
In a world that is not nice.

Considering others better;
Better, than you do yourself.
Looking to the things of Jesus:
Is the fountain of  real wealth.

Let our lights shine in the darkness;
Pilgrims of God passing through.
Hold tight to the hand of Jesus;
When things seem - too much for you.

Suffering is not forever;
When you are a child of God.
We've a hope that's ever after;
When we leave this earthly sod.

In this life may be tears and grief;
And horrors, too great to speak.
But we know this life is temporal;
And our home awaiting sweet.

At his return, we'll be caught up;
Could be night or noon or dawn.
One day within our Savoir arms;
All of the teardrops, will be gone.

1 Thessalonians 4:17

Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

John.14:2

In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.

He's Watching Over You

He's Watching Over You

 He feels the tears from your heart;
He's  watching over you.
Even when the world seems dark;
His love will hold you through.

He's all around you, shining on;
He's watching over you.
He's carried you midst  the storm;
We see Jesus in you.

We may not know the reasons;
But we know Jesus knows.
They must be eternal ones;
We may not ever know.

He knows the heartache you feel;
He's watching over you.
But we know, God's love is real;
His love will hold you through.

He's all around you, shining on;
He's watching over you.
Without a doubt, you must press on;
We see Jesus in you.

There Is A Place

There Is A Place

There is a place that's wonderful;
Too wonderful to tell.
A place that is so glorious;
Where angels live and dwell.

Where happiness forever reigns;
No death forevermore.
Where Rubies, diamonds, precious stones;
Could decorate the floor.

There is no darkness in the sky;
No tears will fill the eye.
The songs will be sung joyfully;
No one will want to cry.

Amazing things will happen there;
Every single day.
No tongue will ever crush a soul[
Nor steal their life away.

No child will ever hunger there;
No pain will take control.
The crippled there will walk again;
Each broken heart made whole.

A golden street will lead the way;
To homes He has prepared.
Forever we will worship him;
Praise Him because He cares.

In heaven we will see His scars;
And fully comprehend.
The magnitude of what He did;
When He died for our sin.

His precious blood was shed for us;
His hands nailed to the cross.
His temples wounded with great thorns;
 His mother suffered loss .

His feet were pounded with the nail;
His mouth was torn and dry.
But yet with a heart of real love;
"Father forgive them!", was His cry.

In heaven we will see His scars;
And fully understand.
Like we've never understood before;
When we behold those hands.

We will love like we've never loved;
His joy will fill each word.
And when we look upon His face;
True worship will be heard.

In heaven we will see His scars;
And fully comprehend.
exactly what He did for us;
And what it did to Him.
