Thanksgiving
A day of thanks unto
God for the great bounty of not just the harvest,
But for the bounty of
love that God has allowed us to know and enjoy.
It has been set aside
to honor Him, remember Him and praise Him.
A day of feasting and
celebration of family and
to acknowledge Gods graciousness
to us.
We as a nation have
not deserved the great blessings
bestowed by God
Almighty. His great creation itself
rejoices and shouts
of His goodness. For this blessing alone we should be
thankful.
His provision, for us
as a nation, has been
astounding in
comparison to other nations. Let us
return to Him and rejoice
with thanksgiving to
our great God, who will never leave His child comfortless.
Let us be thankful for
the provision of daily need whether
physical emotional or
spiritual. The provision of His grace
that enables us
to continue on each
day.
Have not the trees
produced their crop and the fields their corn?
While others live in
a barren waste and beg their bread?
has been overly
patient with this country.
Have not the spoiled
of our country cried
the loudest in their
complaints and bit the hands that fed them?
Let our thanksgiving
be of a true heart, Living a life that
exemplifies
our gratefulness by
our obedience to God.
A nation that forgets
God and forsakes His commandments
will not go
unpunished.
Lord help us to love
you more and truly realize how good you are.
Help us to see how
wonderfully blessed we are in this country.
Your blessings are
numberless.
Let us fear what we
allow to pass through our lips and
cause them to be
filled with praise and thanksgiving.
Oh Lord I pray, that
this country doesn't have to
suffer tremendous
loss in order to see how good we really had it.
The old saying stands
true, You really don't know what you
have
until it's gone. Once it's gone we'll realize we should have
been grateful.
Let us be grateful.
Let our hearts be
filled with true thankfulness.
Let us rejoice in God's immeasurable blessings.
Gods provision and His grace upon this beautiful country,
America, our home.

Faces
Everywhere I look I see faces. I see faces without even trying to. I looked at the trees out my window and I saw a black man's face.
As the wind gently moved His face changed from a normal side view to a horrified expression and then again to a confused expression. Each time it was a new face of his expressions. If I look at anything I automatically see faces of people and sometimes an animal. I automatically want to draw them but sometimes I do not have time to. This happens on a regular basis. Just the other night something different. I watched "The Chosen" The last of the series until the next one coming up. When I closed my eyes to go to sleep. I saw a man's face, I believed it was Jesus, but I'm not for sure. I saw a persecuted face with sweat and suffering. Then I saw another man who had a light in his eyes but the light went out. I felt a little frightened. Then I asked God to help me to sleep and I went to sleep.

Why I Kept Our Memorial Decorations Up All June Last Year
I started decorating the month of June last year in honor of
those who died without a funeral. I had
people I loved who died. Many people
died without a funeral. It was the first
year I decided to leave our July décor in place.
I would like to say every day belongs to God. No matter what this world does nothing will change
that. Psalms 118:24 says-This is the day
which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it. And also: Psalms 113:3 says- From the rising of the sun unto
the going down of the same the LORD'S name is to be praised.
I believe in celebrating Jesus Christ every single day. We are to praise his name at sunrise, all day,
and at sunset. I believe in celebrating
our country and I’m grateful for the freedom to worship our sinless God in
heaven. Who hates sin, and also brings
judgment upon those that continue to rebel against his will. I believe in celebrating the heroes of our
country and I’m grateful for their sacrifice.
I’m thankful for law enforcement that does well and does right. I
celebrate their heroism and their sacrifice both those living and those who
have gone before us.
I believe in celebrating the love of God and his love is
pure. His love is sinless and is
powerful. His love has changed the lives
of many. People’s love may fail us but
God’s love never fails.
In the front of my house, my gardens spell out Lov which is spelled
short for love. The V is in the shape of
a heart. It stands for nearly 35 years
of marriage to one man. It stands for
people I am grateful to, my family, my church, true friends, my community, our
country, our public servants, and most of all for what Christ has done to save those
who believe and trust upon Christ as Saviour.
Recently we had a pole moved two poles over towards our home,
onto our property. At first, I really
didn’t like it there. I asked God to
have them move it back into its original place.
We do not have any powerlines coming from those poles our lines are
underground. The people who owned this
home before paid to have their lines put underground. The poles were moved towards our home on two occasions. They have been moved in, the total width of
three poles. For the first time, I
viewed those poles as three crosses.
Between the two poles and in front of the middle pole is the word lov
without the e. It made me think of Jesus
and the two thieves and the love of Christ as He prayed “Father forgive them”. “They know not what they do.” Love paid our sin debt and brought salvation
to all those who believe and trust him. I’m
choosing to use those poles as a way to tell others about Jesus. Hopefully, God will give me many opportunities
to do so.
In closing I want to say Thank you.
Thank-you each one. To those who are faithful, honest and
true, for your sacrifice, for your service.

I’m expressing my love for Our God, my husband, our family, our friends,
our country and our heroes. June belongs
to God. He is the alpha and omega. Each
day is his and he owns each day. I dedicate each day in honor of Him.

A Note About Myself
A Note About Myself
About eleven years ago something happened that is very hard to explain. I became very confused. I was going to shut down my blog. I was overwhelmingly burdened over something. My heart felt crushed by something and
I didn’t even know what it was exactly. I went to a preacher's meeting with my husband. An old-time preacher preached, who is well known.
He preached on Jonah and the whale. I listened very intently to what he was preaching and believe it or not I felt like
God was talking directly to me. Of all things God wanted me to get back online. So here I am going on 13 years.
All because I listened to an old-time preacher and believed with all my heart God wanted me online.
Hopefully, my efforts have been a blessing to someone (for the right reasons).
There has been many times that I wanted to give up blogging. One, because it has been without reward.
Two, It has caused me a lot of grief.
Someone wants to know why my blog is big. There is a very specific reason my blog is big.
It has nothing to do with showing off. The truth is if you know anything about the story of Gideon you will know.
I’ve had many things happen to me some things are unexplainable and some things unbelievable but they are true.
Some things I just won’t talk about them because my heart tells me not to.
I have told my husband at times I think I'm going to shut my blog down.. He has encouraged me to continue. I remember when we were at the fairgrounds I didn't want to be out in front talking to people.
He told me I was good at it and I needed to be there. I felt that the men needed to do the speaking.
He persistently put me in front. Once I started talking I was perfectly fine. He said He felt I belonged there. I was able to win some people to the Lord. I obeyed my husband and God used me, even though I didn't want to be out front.
I will try as best as I can to get back to writing on Monday. I need a break from it.

The Word Of God
Today I want to talk about the Word of God,
2Timothy 3:16
All scripture is
given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for
correction, for instruction in righteousness: KJV
1.
The very first thing we need to know about the Word
of God is that it is from God. God gave us the Word of God and because it’s
from God it is powerful. The Bible says
in 1 John that in the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the
Word was God.
2.
The Bible says that the scriptures were given to us through
inspiration by God. Miraculously
Inspired beyond any inspiration we see today. I believe that God will give us a
song to sing or an answer when we are not sure how to answer, if it’s truly from
God, it will not disagree with what the Bible says already.
3.
Many people need to wake up, 600 or more
different versions of the scriptures can not seriously be called the Word of
Truth. Many are revised each year and
definitions are changing in our day and time. The Bible clearly warns about people adding
and taking away from His Word. It also warns in the end times people will try
to turn the truth of God into a lie.
Though the word of God will never be a lie, they will simply be fooled
into believing it’s not true.
4.
The safest version of the Bible for our day is
the KJV 1611 version of the Bible. If I
can understand it surely anybody could if they really wanted to. The devil is just so happy when people change
God’s Word.
Just start out with what you do understand,
do you understand “be ye kind to one another”?
Children can still understand the truth of God’s Word. That’s why God said not to forbid them to come
to him.
5.
The bible teaches us about love, it corrects us
when our hearts are not where they should be, and it teaches us how to treat each
other. The Bible teaches us to live by
faith and repent from our sins. Romans
1:16 says the gospel (The Word) is the power of God unto salvation.
6.
The Bible gives us the way to be saved. It clearly says Jesus is the only way to be saved,
Jesus says in “John 14:6 Jesus saith
unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father but by me.” Romans 10:9 says, That if
thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine
heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. Romans 10:13 says, For whosoever shall call upon the name of the
Lord shall be saved.
7. The Bible teaches us about heaven and Christ coming back to call his children up into the clouds. We call it the rapture. The Bible warns us about many things and teaches us wisdom.
8.
The bible
teaches us about heaven and hell. The
Bible tells us what is right and what is wrong.
It teaches us there are consequences when we choose other things over
God. It is truth and God never
lies. No matter what some people don’t
like about it, even if they change it, God’s Word as He gave it, will always be
true.

What Has Become Broken About America?
I believe God’s
blessing will remain upon a nation as long as we as a nation, follow the
principles of biblical truth. God does
not bless us based upon how beautiful we are, how tall we are, how white we are, or how black we are. God’s love is no
greater towards a people, based upon color.
God, however, does have a chosen people, the children of Israel. The children of Israel are not white and they
are not black. God does not make
judgments about us by looking at our outward appearance. Scripture says God looks rather at the
inward heart. The inward heart I’m
talking about is the very essence of who we are. God looks at our country and the heart behind
what motivates it. When our country
stops looking for wisdom and direction from the Word. That is called, turning your back on God and
going your own way.
God is still not pleased with scripture being used as a way
to promote what God’s already said not to do.
Our country has made some wrong turns, our nation is no longer following
what God will bless. Then we know that our country has become broken to the protecting
hand of God. If you truly believe there
is a God then there will be a fear of God.
God could very well bring judgment to America just as He has in biblical
history, with many nations including Israel.
When Israel decided to live outside of the protecting hand of God, many
of Israel’s people and children were taken into captivity. Many times after a while, Isreal starting crying out to God realizing their sin. Then God would see their repentance and show them mercy.
If we truly want our country blessed, we will continue to
bless Israel. If we want God to answer
the prayers of our country, we will protect the innocent and the shedding of
innocent blood. If we fear God, we will
seek his will through prayer and not answer to anyone else until we have
acknowledged God.
If Christians start being persecuted by our government, for
standing first for what God wants. Then
we know our country is broken. Our
country has known great blessings from God.
We have no excuse as a nation.
God has showered us with many blessings for hundreds of years. It is when we lose the blessings we do have;
we will understand what blessings we have lost.
Some young people do not recognize what blessings have already been
lost. They only know the now they are
living.

A Love Note From God
This is a personal letter to you whoever you are. If you are reading it, it is for you. The Bible teaches us all the things that are in this note. They are just written into this song. The Bible says, that God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son. God deals with each one of us personally, When you know him as your Savior it is a personal relationship. That is why I used the word you. That personal relationship with God really begins when you believe in, his love for you. Can you believe in his forgiveness for you? When you believe that what he did at the cross was for you and that He arose from the dead, He will make you alive in Him. He conquered death, He conquered the curse of our sin. He definitely loves us so.
This is to prove to you this can be sung and help those playing an instrument by ear.
