The Rebuilder

The Rebuilder

Help me to praise you Lord, through my tears.
Help me praise you Lord, through my fears.
Give me confidence to go forward;
Never looking back but going onward.

Put the comfort in me to comfort;
Not me but you, not human effort.
Put the joy in me, that comes from thee;
'Cause you are the Captain of our sea.

Direct my paths, direct my way Lord.
For the right place for me in this world.
With  my hands and  heart  more than willing;
Let your grace lead me , not mere feelings.

In your will is where we need to be;
Not out forming our own destiny.
I seek your will, your purpose for me;
Within this life that you have given me.

Help me to see those unspoken needs;
In the hearts of others around me.
That I may perceive, in love believe;
That your wisdom will be what leads me.

Help me to speak  when you have spoken;
That I may help the weak and broken.
'Cause you are the rebuilder Lord
Of the broken people in this world.

 Mark 2:17
When Jesus heard it, he saith unto them, They that are whole
 have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous,
but sinners to repentance.

Sorrowing

Sorrowing

Tears fall like rain, because you have gone;
Away in the arms of angels, to heaven on high.
We  know that your pain is no longer;
But it's still so hard, just to say goodbye.

We  hope that you are comforted;
In the arms of Jesus, Our Saviour and friend.
We  know that in His presence is peace;
No sorrow, nor pain, nor death ever again.

Our hearts are stricken, our sorrow is deep;
We will miss you. We will never forget you.
Your life  will be a stamp upon our thoughts.
A memory cherished and everyday new.

We will love you always and thank the Lord;
Remembering your smiles and when you cried.
Thank God, for each moment we spent with you.
In Him,  we know it is never good-bye.

1 Thessalonians 4:14-18

For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
Wherefore comfort one another with these words.
