 I am glad;

you are my Father in heaven;

and so blessed;

to be cherished and forgiven.

I am glad;

you are attentive to my cry;

And your love;

Is never lacking in supply.

I rejoice;

In the Truth of your Holy Word;

And can say;

within my heart your joy stirs.

Risen Savior;

you are alive within my soul.

This sinner;

has been saved and made fully whole.

I'm justified;

by your holy blood, shed for me;

Undeserving;

I humbly bow upon my knees.

This happy day:

I recall your resurrection.

In earnest thanks;

Praise you for your great Salvation.

 I am glad;
