This song is
dedicated to the memory of Paw, who accepted Christ as his Savior in the months
of suffering before his death. He died February 23rd, 2012. He was a World War II veteran from the Army
Air Corp. He was 87 years old.
This Is Not Good-bye
( song)
Don't worry 'bout me;
I am free at last.
I'm walkin' on gold;
I'm forever blest.
Don't cry any tears;
Let me tell you why.
Cause, heavens my
home;
This is not goodbye.
My heart beats with
joy;
Like I've never
known.
My praises perfect;
At my Fathers thrown.
Don't worry 'bout me;
Don't let your heart
pine;
Now and forever;
I'm doin' just fine.
My pain is all gone;
My tears wiped away.
I am rejoicing;
In eternal day.
I've seen the nail
prints;
In His giving hands.
I've seen great
wonders;
Hard to understand.
My heart beats with
joy;
Like I've never
known.
My praises perfect;
At my Fathers thrown.
So-- Don't cry any tears;
Let me tell you why.
Cause, heavens my
home;
This is not goodbye.
This is not good -
bye.
