Adopted

Adopted
Something has been on my mind today about the love of our heavenly Father. He loves His adopted children. When we became God's child we were adopted into the family of God.

As soon as we become an adopted child we automatically become blood-related. The blood of Christ shed for us makes us blood-related in the family of God. God will never consider us adopted but His love for us is because when we accept Christ as Saviour we are blood relations. If I had adopted a child I would want to be like my heavenly Father, unconditional love and to love that child just as if that child were my own flesh and blood. In this case (the saying, "blood is thicker than water) still, applies to an adopted child

Once you truly become God's child you will always be God's child. When my children were born they were mine and will always be my children, even if they were to do anything wrong, they would still be my children. The same thing with God, when we were born into the family of God we became His child. God never throws His babies away - He doesn't believe in abortion. You will always be His child. He promises never to leave us or forsake us. nothing can separate us from His love. His blood shed for us was and is powerful. Once applied to your heart and life it's permanent. Besides if we could lose our salvation that will mean God lied. If we could lose our salvation that means His Spirit would leave our hearts, God said He would never leave us nor forsake us. If God's spirit was to leave our heart that would mean God lied. The truth is God never lies. He will never leave us nor forsake us. Some mothers will leave and forsake their child, but not God.
Isaiah 49:15
Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee.

Hebrews 13:5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
Ephesians 1:5
Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,
