In The Presence Of The Lord
The presence of the Lord:
Redirects my heart.
When I feel all alone;
When the way seems dark.
When fear takes hold of me;
When I'm feeling low.
When I pray to the Lord;
He strengthens my soul.
When the thunder crashes;
When the troubles roll.
When I feel, no one cares;
I know where to go.
To my heavenly Father:
I speak, in my tears.
He restoreth my soul;
Consoles all my fears.
The presence of the Lord:
Encourages me.
Gives me hope, peace and joy:
On life's troubled sea.
In the presence of the Lord;
Courage leadeth me.
I find courage to stand;
and courage to be.
