My Brother
One year for Christmas all I wanted was a racecar track set. I wanted the one that had hoops that I could actually pretend to put gasoline into
when the battery ran low. I absolutely
loved playing with the racecars even though I was and am all girl. My
brother made sure I had the best racecar track ever. He helped me put it together and we played
racecars together that Christmas and that is one of my fondest memories of my
brother. My brother was my very best
friend at that time of my life. I thought if he weren't my
brother I'd want to grow up and marry him even though I knew that wouldn't ever
happen..
My brother was so protective over me that he went and punched
some other boy in the nose for saying nasty things to me that I'd never heard
before. Even though I didn't want my
brother hitting anyone, I felt loved by
my brother because I was important to him.
My brother was seven years older than me, so sometimes I
would get on his nerves and sometimes he would get on mine. I still loved him and I still do love him
even though I haven't seen him for a very long time.
